Watermelon-Infused Cold Brew

Ingredients

For the cake

  • 1/2 cup strained watermelon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup, to taste (optional)
  • ice cubes
  • Watermelon slices or mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

For the pudding

  • 1/2 cup strained watermelon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup, to taste (optional)

  • Watermelon slices or mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Directions

For the cake

  1. In a jar or tall cup, combine the water and Javy Coffee Concentrate.
  2. Fill the cup with ice, pour lemon juice, and top with the watermelon juice. Stir very well.
  3. Taste the watermelon-infused cold brew and add simple syrup to achieve your desired level of sweetness. Start with 1 tablespoon and adjust as needed, keeping in mind that watermelon adds natural sweetness as well.
  4. For an extra touch of presentation, garnish the glasses with watermelon slices or a sprig of fresh mint.
